How it works

From posting an event to money in the wallet

Nine steps. Each one exists because something goes wrong without it.

  1. 1

    The host posts an event

Date, venue, roles, headcount and the pay per worker. The figure entered here is the figure a worker will see.

  2. 2

    The host pays in full

Staff budget plus tax — two lines, nothing else. The money goes into platform escrow, not to us and not yet to the worker.

  3. 3

    The event goes live

Only now can any worker see it. An unpaid event is invisible, so nobody travels to a job whose money does not exist.

  4. 4

    Verified workers apply

Workers see events near them sorted by distance and pay. Applying requires a verified identity.

  5. 5

    The host selects

The host reviews profiles, ratings and verification badges, and confirms who is coming.

  6. 6

    The worker confirms

A confirmed slot is a commitment on both sides. The escrow for that worker is committed at this moment.

  7. 7

    Arrival, verified twice

The worker submits a live selfie inside the venue geofence. The host matches the face. Only when both have confirmed does the work timer start.

  8. 8

    The work is done

The worker ends their shift with a second selfie. The host completes the event — or the system completes it automatically after 24 hours, so nobody waits on a slow host.

  9. 9

    The money moves

Each worker is paid independently, straight into their wallet. One dispute never holds up anyone else’s pay.

Why the timer needs both sides

A QR code can be screenshotted and forwarded; a live selfie inside a geofence cannot. Because both parties sign the same record, attendance becomes evidence rather than one side's word against the other's — which is what makes a dispute resolvable weeks later.
